There is a bit of rain around today and the 0830 games at Lyneham have already been cancelled. At this stage all other games are going ahead however please keep an eye on the Facebook page for your respective venues for updates:

The following info in regard to the Wet Weather Policy was posted by NCNC this morning:

Decisions will be made round by round and will be based on a safety assessment by officials. To minimise unnecessary disruption to the draws our preference is “not” to cancel games. While games will not be called off solely because it is raining, player/umpire safety is paramount and if the courts at either the Lyneham or Charnwood venue are deemed to be unsafe, matches will be cancelled. Notifications will be displayed via Facebook.

Please remember we are volunteers running the competition. We know some of you may not like our decisions, while some may. But we do urge you to be respectful of the decisions we make. Wherever possible we will give as much notice as possible, but sometimes this may not be the case.
